I’m a 300-hour certified yoga instructor, with hundreds of hours of teaching experience, and a proud Cookeville resident. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me sipping coffee, planning my next adventure, or getting lost in a good book.

Evening Yoga Basics
Let go of daily stress in this meditative, alignment-based yoga class. Movements progress from gentle stretching to poses that strengthen the body and mind. Appropriate for beginners and yogis of all levels.
Hot 26
A set sequence of 26 beginner postures and 2 breathing exercises in an infrared heated room. Challenging at first, then addictively enjoyable, the heat and consistency of the poses will take you into a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and opening your entire body.
Hot Vinyasa Flow
This intermediate-level class will get you moving and warm the body by flowing through sequences of poses that strengthen and stretch! This class will utilize the power of the infrared heaters to help you come deeper into stretches while simultaneously focusing on matching mindful movement with the breath.
